Putting the Fun & Fulfillment Back into Dentistry
Dr. Maguire’s approach is designed to be transformational. ” Real success in dentistry occurs when you make your team and your patients your #1 priority. The first step towards having a joyful, fulfilling, and financially rewarding dental practice is getting your heart right. ” During his years in private practice, Dr. Maguire’s primary focus was on caring deeply for his patients and team, and he dedicated himself to being a great dentist, educator, manager, and communicator. This enabled him to have an extremely successful practice in a New Hampshire town of only 6,000 that also had four other dentists. His unique approach helped him build his practice, and it’s how he’ll help you build yours as well.
